Kiddy Palace - Essentials

After a simple dinner @ CCK  (Mos Burger), we went to Kiddy palace to jalan- jalan...

Other great experience tonight was bumping into so many familiar faces and had such a great time catching up with them.  Really made us feel so " old" and catching up on age , knowing friends also moved on to next stage in life and etc....
Should do more of such short catch ups :)

The Day at Baby Expo - Spore Expo Hall 6B

Location: Spore Expo Hall 6B Baby Expo
We woke up so late.... But still eventually able to make it there : one sleepy head + one itchy handfeet

These are the "damages" for today...

Last item> was for the Mum-to be ( A post natal package, very good deal yoh!)

Went home : both with sore feets & aching legs + One still with itchy handfeet

Prep Work for the Arrival of the Little bundle of Joy

Countdown with 2 months (11 weeks) left... we made progress with all the little things to get ready for Darius's arrival.

1. Baby's Room

We sticked up some decals of aeroplanes & Hotair balloons and not forgetting Cousin Caden's great work found a spot in this room as well

Furnitures :

The baby cot - Which we got a good deal in the last baby expo fair

Changing table - From Ikea, is all fixed with Daddy-to-be's effort

Storage - From Ikea, the future cloth & toys storage

Organizer- We bought cute tigger organizers to brighten up the room

2. Hospital Bag

Gathered all Mummy-to-be gynae check up records like blood test results etc and a small bag with common toiletries... ehmm still reading what needs to be included

3. Baby Wear - With courtesy from Dad & Mum-to-be

We felt that with all the pass downs (We really THANK all) were very overwhelming. Hence to Welcome Darius , we decided that as parents-to-be, we should at least provide him with his 1st set of clothes ...

Baby Expo is back on 22 Oct @ Spore Expo Hall 6B

It's be our chance to stock up before Jan'11

6. Baby detergent to wash all those small mittens
7. More feeding bottles ( or should this wait?)
8. A changing set of bedsheets etc
