Darius the routine boy

It's amazing how well routined you are at this young age.
we do not know whether it's the confinement nanny's credit OR perhaps you are just purely a baby who loves to SLEEP!
After fetching you from Grandma LIZ's place this monday evening...
You complaint ( coo-ing sound with sound affirmation eye contact) when Mummy place you at the living room on the sofa. Too Warm for you we guessed
Daddy brought you into the air cooled room ( blasted with aircon) and you started you little exercise routine ( kicks and pulling the pillow case)... 

A few moments later ...


You started to doze off while we , your parents who were busy as bees ( One Milk producing and the other tracing the ant nest in the study room  > Don't ask me why your dad is tracing ants.. it's his full time hobby


You fell asleep!

Deep Sleep... real deep sleep and its 930 pm..your usual sleeptime. Next feed is 10 pm.
Nothing can wake you up : Dad talking, smelling you at chest, neck arm pit... etc.
Nothing! can disturb you from your fav sleep...
Forget about those 6 books that we just borrowed from the library.. you probably show zero interest compared dreamland!

And at nearing to 10pm, while Mummy is seriously trying to complete your manicure.

You woke up and SMILE, as if telling me " MILK please :) "


Gave you Milk and you fell asleep approximately @ 1030 pm...Wrapped you up and you are in  mr Z's control.


Anyway , hey's a pic our Dad tried to disturb you with... imagine you telling the world
" Hey guys, I'm 3 Mos Old"

P/S: Keep up the good work on the routine, helps dad and mum catch up a little more on our sleep, Thanks!

Mag Mag~ Self Feed

We were @ Taka Baby Fair and a few more damages done.

And We let U try to self feed... with a little bit of encouragement and help
You managed to grip on to the handles for your feed.

Start them Young... that's what they preach about READING

There's this promotion by NLB and we went ahead to help you register your 1st Library card and of course borrowed lib books as well ( from west mall National Lib)

Babies Can Be Members Too!

Start your young ones on their reading journeys and stand to win a "Baby's First Library" worth $500. All you need to do is sign your children up as library members between January to June 2011 and the youngest baby boy and baby girl library member will each win a "Baby's First Library", a bookshelf filled with books specially chosen by our children's librarians. Darius Attempt to Potty Training

Poo-ing  frequency has not been " good" lately.

Your Poo ( Big time, Lots and Lots) is accumulative up to 3 days and by the time you let go...OMG!

And to make matters worse you constipate and get frustrated with our bowels..

SO we gave the potty a shot ( Twice...)

Both Failed attempt... no Poo.

Darius's Milestone 3rd Month

3 Months and way to go!


Darius is 3 Months Old ( fast ...) ..Some Super Baby Skills are developing


- Able to recognize Daddy and Mummy's face and voice
- Able to COMPLAINT ... and hold a baby talk conversation with Mummy
- Milk increased to 180 ml ( but still not enough)
- Sucking fist and fingers VERY frequent with LOUD Squeak Sound
- Squealing and Gurgles and Lots .. lots of Coo-ing ( hmmmmmmm.....)
- Blowing Bubbles Daily ( Fun yah!)


Can't wait for you to Flip and turn and soon crawl and shout "DADDY !! MUMMY !!"

Our Routine ( Week Days)

"Little Boy" is in deep sleep... FINALLY some time on the Internet and some bloggin!

Mummy is already back to work for 1x Week and slowly getting use to the work routine. Mornings are starting to be stressful once again, as if back to School days...

• Both Parent wake up by 630am and start getting ready for Work
• Maybe Darius needs a feed this time as well, but if not, Parents crept around the house without lights on ...getting ready ( i.e Bath, change, iron clothes... express milk...wash bottles..
• Walk to Car park as a family unit and hop into our Honda Civic
• Drive along Bukit Batok Road ( and usually U are fast asleep in Mummy's arm)
• Reached Granny Liz's @ ~ 715 - 730am
• Take the Lift to 12 floor and bring Milk supply for the daytime
• Daddy place Milk in Mini Fridge  while Mummy either hand over you to Grandma Liz or place u in Cot
• Parent Rush to Work ( Dad send Mum and Dad goes to work)
• Parents working ( 8am ---- 6pm)
• Dad fetches Mum ~ 630pm and from Woodlands head back to Bukit Batok
• Reaches Granny's ~ 730pm
• Both Parents Gobble down Dinner ( if Granny cooks) Otherwise Tapao Dinner, Still need to gobble down...
• Grandma Liz provide updates of the day ( No. of time you S**t, your last feeding time and your special moments - Playing/ talking to the Curtain)
• Dad Plays with your cousin Isaac
• As a family unit we say goodbye, usually spending some more time explaining to Isaac Kor where we are going and try to let him get use to our goodbyes
• 830pm - Home Sweet Home
• Daddy bath, while Mummy stare at you
• Washes all that need to wash, sterilize blah blah.. * What's new? 
• Mummy bath and express your food source
• Playtime with you and Feed time ~9 -930pm
• 1030pm Sleep time for family unit
• 4am - Mummy to wake up and express and some times you also wake up for food!
• Cycles goes on and on and on and on.......

We are so glad the weekend is here!
